We currently offer four primary lending products with a focus on the Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, and Queenstown property markets. Other locations are considered on a case-by-case basis. With a strong mid-market lending focus, our funding is typically for loans up to $20 million.
